Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Iyope, the app discovery platform available at iyope.com (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform. Iyope reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and all content, features, and functionality hosted on or made available through the Platform, including but not limited to app descriptions, charts, editorial content, logos, graphics, and software (collectively, the “Content”), are owned by Iyope or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works of any Content without the prior written permission of Iyope or the respective rights holder. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names of Iyope used on the Platform are the property of Iyope. Nothing herein grants you any license to or right to use any of Iyope’s trademarks.

Third-Party Links and External Hosting

The Platform functions as a discovery and navigation service. Some app listings on Iyope link to external services and content that are hosted, maintained, or operated by third parties, notably Google Play. Iyope does not host, manage, endorse, or guarantee the availability, accuracy, or safety of these third-party apps or their content. Your use of third-party apps is governed by the terms and policies of the respective third parties (for Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy). Iyope expressly disclaims liability for any issues arising from third-party apps, including but not limited to performance, data privacy, or security concerns. Use of these links is at your own risk.

Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Iyope AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR SECURITY. Iyope DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, FREE OF ERRORS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. IN NO EVENT SHALL Iyope OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO THE LIMITATIONS ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Changes to Terms

Iyope reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When a change is made, Iyope will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and may provide additional notice through the Platform or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Iyope operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You and Iyope agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.

Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed void to the extent required by law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. No failure or delay by Iyope in exercising any right or remedy shall operate as a waiver.
